Utah Valley Parade of Homes Map

The office off of the entry in this home was painted the most beautiful shade of dark rich blue/gray. The color is Sherwin Williams Grays Harbor. I loved that they also painted the cabinetry the same color for added drama. Most of the homes that I saw on this year’s tour had the two-toned mix of wood and painted cabinetry, which is such a beautiful combination. Virtual Tours available beginning February 22nd. You will need your ticket number and virtual tour code.

“People would ask, ‘Is your client Tom Waits? ’ The rec room had a great recording studio and other rock ‘n’ roll pictures of Tom Waits on display, so people thought it was the rock star’s house. The truth is, the homeowners just like Tom Waits,” Dustin explains. Where is the dark gray dresser from in the master bedroom? I am looking for something very similar. Door and cabinet colors are to die for.

Search for the many great homes that we have featured on the show from Utah County. For over seventy years, the Parade of Homes has been America’s No. 1 destination home show. It has thrilled live audiences with incredible homes featuring the latest and greatest in products and technology. The Parade of Homes television program elevates and expands that tradition. Click on the interactive map of Utah to find homes in each of the featured Home Builders Associations, or HBAs.

I also loved the shiny chrome accents in the mix, especially the pendant lights. I saw a lot of shiny chrome in kitchens/baths this tour. In my opinion, chrome is just timeless.

The best of the best in home design, building and products.

The homes are set among breathtaking landscapes only found in Southern Utah. Exhibits open daily located in each of the garages. Welcome to the Utah Valley HBA Network.

He's the father of four children and has been married to his wife, Adria, for 19 years. The Sierra Homes entry was set to be completed a month before the parade. I’d love to know the stucco color on this Raykon home. I can’t wait to share more of this amazing home with you guys in a few weeks. Raykon and Four Chairs did such incredible work on this home. This event has a long-standing tradition of displaying a variety of spectacular homes and introducing exciting new trends to attendees across the state.

Below is the wall opposite the bed where you can see the light wall color used on the rest of the walls and white shiplap ceiling. The drapes throughout this home were custom made and were so pretty. The neutral wall color is a gorgeous selection and it’s Sherwin Williams Colonnade. I hope you guys are just inspired as I was walking through these amazing homes. It brings me such great joy to visit with these builders and designers talking about trends and what inspired them as they created these inspiring dream homes. This year’s tour was such a treat for me and if you missed last year’s recap , you can find that post here.

The design work in this home was also so beautiful and inspiring! Brandalyn designed one of my favorite homes last year in the parade that I recapped here. Especially the natural wood finishes and the tile in the pool bath between the cabinets and the mirror. And that view is the icing on the cake! On a side note, one of the coolest trends I saw this year during the tour was these built in Christmas LED lights. They are programed with an app on the phone and have several different color and blinking combinations.

I don’t have confirmation of the cabinetry paint color but I really loved it mixed with the tile around the mirror. The paint colors that Brandalyn selected throughout the home are so fresh and inspiring. In the master suite, the dark rich grid accent wall took my breath away! Brandalyn let me know that the accent wall color is Sherwin Williams Peppercorn. Accent walls continue to big another big trend that I saw in almost every home.

I saw everything from dark painted shiplap accent walls to patterned grids like this. While I fell in love with the whole home, I especially loved the kitchen and the mix of natural wood and white cabinetry. If you’re looking to build or simply remodel/redecorate a room a two in your home, you will for sure find lots of ideas and inspiration from these parade homes. Bring the e-ticket to any Parade home and you will receive a magazine.

Maps and addresses will be available on-line, beginning September 19th to anyone who has purchased a ticket on-line. I was just visiting some of the Parade homes yesterday, but didn’t make it to these beautiful homes. I may have to run up to see that Raykon home today! The houses I made it to were in Provo and Orem and my favorite was The House of AnJill in Provo. The decorator told me the owner has still never even seen this over $4 million house. I can’t imagine building something this grand site unseen.
